Project Confidentiality & Data Security

How OMEGA Transformer protects your technical specs, CAD drawings, and contact details.

All engineering drawings, single-line diagrams, and tender documents shared with us are treated with strict confidentiality. They are stored on secure internal servers and accessed exclusively by our designated electrical engineering team for design calculation and quotation purposes. We never share or disclose your technical specs to third parties or competitors.

Yes, absolutely. We routinely sign mutual or unilateral NDAs with EPC contractors, power utilities, and procurement agencies prior to receiving proprietary technical files or tender documents. You can request our standard NDA template or provide your own.

Your contact information is used strictly by our sales engineers to deliver requested catalogs, datasheets, and direct factory quotes. We strictly comply with global anti-spam regulations (GDPR / CCPA) and will never sell or rent your business information.

We retain project inquiry records for up to 3 years to streamline future order re-specs, spare parts tracking, and technical support. You may request the permanent deletion of your business records at any time by emailing our privacy team.

Manufacturing, Standards & Quality Control

We are a direct transformer manufacturer equipped with automated winding, core-stacking, and high-voltage testing facilities. We warmly welcome on-site factory audits in China, live video virtual tours, or third-party inspections (such as SGS, TÜV, or Intertek) prior to shipment.

Yes. All of our power, distribution, and dry-type transformers are engineered and manufactured in strict accordance with IEC 60076, IEEE C57, ANSI, and ISO quality standards. Factory acceptance test (FAT) reports and type test certificates are provided with every order.

Absolutely. Our in-house electrical engineering team specializes in customized solutions. Simply provide your SLD, voltage ratio, primary/secondary tapping, vector group, and site ambient conditions, and we will deliver tailored CAD drawings and electrical design specs.

Production, Lead Time & After-Sales Support

  • Standard Distribution Transformers: 3 to 5 weeks.

  • Power Transformers & Custom Units: 6 to 10 weeks (depending on raw material procurement and testing requirements).

  • Urgent Utility/EPC Projects: Fast-track production lines are available upon request to meet tight commissioning deadlines.

inspections (such as SGS, TÜV, or Intertek) prior to shipment.

We offer a standard 18-month warranty from the bill of lading date (or 12 months from commissioning). Our engineering team provides 24/7 remote installation guidance, oil/dry-type commissioning support, and lifetime spare parts availability.

All transformers are packed in export-grade, heavy-duty wooden cases (fumigation-free) or steel skid frames. Core-and-coil units are moisture-sealed with vacuum foil packaging, and fragile accessories (e.g., bushings, conservators, temperature indicators) are individually protected with impact-absorbing foam.
